We officially extended our precision optical processing scope to specialty materials, successfully achieving stable processing of UV-grade calcium fluoride (CaF₂), infrared zinc selenide (ZnSe), silicon (Si), and other materials. Widely used in ultraviolet optics, thermal imaging, and infrared systems, these materials present significant processing challenges. To address this, our engineering team developed tailored processing processes, effectively solving issues such as brittleness-induced damage and poor processing precision control. This ensures products maintain stable quality and excellent optical performance, opening up new opportunities in the high-value UV and infrared optical markets.
